Spacious rooms with breathtaking views, rooftop bar events providing nightlife, beautiful pool area with ocean breeze
The lack of a dedicated cleanup area for sand is surprising!!! Noise from the rooftop events can disturb sleep, especially on weekends!!! Window cleanliness needs improvement!!!

Amazing views but loud at night!
We spent 2 nights here and loved the rooftop restaurant with stunning ocean views. The place is super clean and the staff are really helpful, especially Ricardo who speaks English. Only downside was the noise from the street parties that went on late, so if you need quiet, go for the lake view room. Perfect for exploring too!

great access to parks and vibrant attractions nearby
I had a fantastic stay in a King Room with Sea View, and the proximity to the Bosque de la Ciudad park, just about a 20-minute walk away, allowed me to enjoy leisurely strolls surrounded by nature, while the nearby Gran Plaza Mazatlan was perfect for exploring local shops and cafes on foot.

Nice stay with some room for improvement
We enjoyed our four nights here, particularly loved the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff. The ocean view room provided a stunning backdrop for our mornings. A tip for future guests, visit the gym early, as it closes quite early at 7 PM. Overall, a pleasant experience despite minor cleanliness issues.

Spending two nights in a king room with a lake view was a treat. The room was surprisingly quiet at night, equipped with cozy bedding and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. The rooftop pool provided stunning views, and the shrimp ceviche from the hotel restaurant was a standout dish. Additionally, the central location allowed easy access to various dining options.

A commendable fit for a weekend adventure in Mazatlan with great value for the money. The rooftop bar was lively but noisy at night. Consider bringing earplugs for the weekend noise.
